1) Are the press-on nails safe?
Yes.

2) How long will my press-on set last?
Up to 2 weeks, if properly taken care of. See below for handling instructions. The custom luxury press-on sets are reusable so you can use them more than once.

3) How do I handle my press-on set?
You can keep your custom luxury press-on nails clean by using a small nail brush to brush off any dirt, and an alcohol pad to remove any dust, oils and lotions. Consider wearing gloves when handling water. Remember, these are your special luxury custom press-on nail sets, so no rough play.

4) How do I apply my press-on set?
They can be applied using nail glue, gel sticky tabs or extended glue (gel-x). Keep in mind that the gel-x will only be effective if the nail color is light or opaque.

5) How do I know my size?
You will be prompted to take photos upon receipt of your confirmation email once you have made your purchase. The instructions on how to take the photos is also available by clicking the Sizing Guide tab. Physical sizing cards are available upon request. If you prefer a physical sizing card, please email me at flexdbytash@gmail.com before placing your order.

6) Can I get a refund if I don’t like my press-on set?
Although my goal as your artist is to provide you with a custom luxury press-on set you are proud to flaunt, I may not always get it right. There are no refunds, but I promise to put in extensive love and near perfection into every set I do. My website is designed for customers to build each nail set, step-by-step, including uploading inspiration photos, so that we leave no room for errors! If you find that you do not like your custom luxury press-on set, please email me at flexdbytash@gmail.com explaining your dislikes.

7) What is the turn-around time for receipt?
These are hand-crafted to your liking. Once sizes are confirmed, I will provide you with an estimated time of receipt. It varies depending on the set.

8) What sizes are the art prints sold?
FLEX’D by Tash Art Prints are sold based on the size ordered. Each art print has an original canvas made of acrylic paint. If you have an image you’d like for me to paint, feel free to email me at flexdbytash@gmail.com to discuss.

9) What is your shipping method?

10) Are the press-on nails flimsy or bendable?
No. The press-on tips used are made from 100% soft gel type plastic. They also may be covered with a primer to thicken the nail, depending on different factors. Lastly, I use quality nail tips, and they’re thicker than average.

11) Can I wear my press-on nails more than once?
Yes! That’s that beauty of #flexdbytash custom luxury press-on sets, you can wear them for different occasions or everyday use. They last as long as you take care of them.
